DevaHop is a small, independent, community-powered tool for tracking the Citadel Shuttle in Deva. By using it, you're agreeing to the points below — written in plain language and kept intentionally brief.

The short version

✓ No data sold or shared — ever

Open to everyone, no age restriction

DevaHop doesn't require an account to use, and there's no minimum age to use it. Riders of any age are welcome to submit sighting reports and use the app.

Not official, not guaranteed

Bus status and timing shown in DevaHop come from community reports, not an official schedule feed. They can be wrong, out of date, or missing entirely.
DevaHop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Municipality of Deva or the shuttle operator.
The printed schedule shown in the app is a reference point, not a guarantee — real departures can vary, as the app itself explains.

No liability

DevaHop is provided free, as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Nobody involved in building or running it is liable for a missed bus, a delay, or any other outcome from a decision made based on what the app shows. Use your own judgment, especially for anything time-sensitive.

Using it fairly

Report what you actually see. Submitting deliberately false reports (e.g. reporting a bus that isn't there) makes the app worse for everyone else relying on it.
Don't try to abuse, spam, or automate reports to manipulate the shown status.
Don't attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation (e.g. attacking its servers or database).

We may limit or block access to DevaHop for users who intentionally abuse, spam, or interfere with the service.

Ownership

The DevaHop name, logo, design, and original content belong to DevaHop unless otherwise stated.

Report submissions

By submitting a report, you confirm it is based on your own observation and grant DevaHop permission to display and process that report within the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app grows (for example, if additional cities are added later). Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DevaHop at any time without notice.
